One day I saw a poster outside our local Applebee’s to promote happy hour specials. My husband and I never had a date night scheduled before realizing we could get crazy cheap drinks and appetizers without our kids.
This location has a bunch of pictures of city heroes. My brother-in-law lived in Queens before moving to Florida, but his picture hangs on the wall near the bathroom at the Flatbush Junction Applebee’s.
Does he know his picture is torn? I’m sure he could tell us the whole story of who he’s posing with and why.
